The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Monday, January 5 reveals Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will take Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) on an ill fated drive.
Also coming up, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will sucker punch Matt. Plus, Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) will be freed and will reunite with Noah Newman (Lucas Adams).
Y&R spoilers Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will offer to take Victor’s place in the war against Matt. But Victor will refuse. Adam will say he was recently shot in this very room. “We need you to stay alive as long as possible!”
Victor will tell Adam not to worry, Nick will take charge. Then Nick will call and Victor will say he has Matt’s location and Adam’s texting it to him. Nick will start to head out alone, but Noah and Sharon will insist on going with him.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Sienna Begs Matt To Take The Handcuffs Off
Meanwhile, Matt will look through photos of he and Sienna on his phone. He’ll come across their wedding pictures and will get emotional. Sienna will wake up and ask how long she was out. “I’m really glad you’re waking up for this, gives us a chance to say goodbye,” he’ll reply.
Sienna will try to explain her affair with Noah. She’ll say she watched women throw themselves at Matt all the time. So, when she wanted some attention she went and got it. “I’m sorry, I was wrong.” Sienna will stroke his face. “Mitch, we can still make this right, come on,” she’ll say. “I loved you so, so much.”
She’ll ask him to take off the handcuffs so they can talk. But instead, he’ll tighten them. “There was a time for you to beg for your life, it’s too late for that,” Matt will say. “That ship has sailed my love.” Sienna will tell him he’s disgusting, he’s a rapist and a drug dealer.
“I gave you everything, the only thing left between us is goodbyes,” Matt will reply. He’ll tell Sienna to stop calling him Mitch. “Let me introduce myself to you, my name is Matt Clark,” he’ll add. “And that is bad for you Sienna, because I’m really as dangerous as they all say.”
Annie Stewart (Catherine Kresge) will walk in and Sienna will plead with her. Annie will ask Mitch if she’s been talking to him the whole time and she’ll wonder how he can stand it. Sienna will be uncuffed and they’ll take her to a vehicle. Matt will want one last kiss and Sienna will eventually scratch him.
Then Sharon Newman (Sharon Case), Nick, Noah and the security detail will arrive and tell Matt and Annie to get on their knees. Sienna will rush to Noah and embrace him. Sharon will tell the villain he’s done tormenting her family.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Victor Punches And Holds Matt Down
Matt will tell Nick Victor’s security is good, he never noticed the tail. Nick will say it’s because he never looked up and saw the drone following him since they met at the lookout. Matt will ask how many of the cops who are about to show up are in Victor’s pocket. “You should know better than that,” Nick will reply. “You’re not going to jail just yet.”
After Matt and Annie are hauled away, Noah, Sharon and Sienna will arrive at the ranch. Sharon will say she knows what it’s like to be held captive by a monster and come out on the other side of it. “Be proud of yourself,” she’ll tell Sienna. “Noah’s right, you are strong, Matt didn’t win.”
As for Nick, he’ll push Matt inside the front door of the ranch. Matt will say if he’d known he was going to be in such a fancy place, he would have brought a bottle of red. Then Victor and Adam will walk into the living room. Matt will say hello to Victor and introduce himself to Adam.
Victor will ask Matt if he’s coming at him. Then he’ll punch him in the stomach and hold him down on the table. Nick will tell Matt he’s never going to hurt anyone in his family ever again. Then he’ll zip tie him and take him for a drive.
Matt will goad Nick about Sharon as he tries to wiggle out of the zip tie. He’ll also say it’s a bold move, deciding to kill him himself and he’ll ask Nick if he’s going to make him dig his own grave. But he’s not sure Nick really has the skillset for murder. “Things are not going to go the way you planned, they never do.”
Finally, Matt will manage to pull his zip tied hands from behind his back and he’ll move towards his nemesis. Nick will gasp, as Matt pushes the zip tie around his neck. He’ll lose control of the car, as he struggles to free himself. But will Nick end up crashing?
